You know what really cleans a car well? leave it outside during a damn hurricane! i didnt have anywhere to park it so i left it in the driveway, luckly no trees are by it. Besides a couple of leaves stuck to it, the car is extremly clean. thats what i call a power wash

It didn't hit too bad in Southwest New Jersey. Strong wind last night and downpours. This morning, there was a lot of leaves / branches all over the place with some minor street flooding. All in all, I would say we faired pretty well.

We lost out power around 1 AM last night, and it just came back...9 hours...actually not too bad for where I live.

we had a lot fo beach erosion here. Still have sustained winds at like 25-30. A lot of downed trees but lucked out on the power side as most of the power here is underground. All and all not too bad, noisy night but hey now the surf is looking good again

I just came back from Washington D.C last night. At first it did not look to bad from my hotel room but once I started walking around the city ( near the White House ) I noticed trees were uprooted and branches everywhere. Thank God no one was seriously hurt with the flying debris but my thought and prayers go out to all who lost a loved one during this terrible storm......
