My 07 vibe's blower just went out I didn't see a fuse just for the blower I looked at the one for the A/C it was good. I was hoping there was a relay or other fuse for the blower it not looks like I'll be spending cash I don't have
Have you tried different speeds? If it works on high but not the lower speeds it could be the resistor pack common failure on other cars.

The fuse is a 40 amp labeled "Heater." If the problem is the brushes on the blower motor turning it a bit may allow the brushes to make contact again so the motor will run. The blower is not too hard to remove and inspect.
If its the blower motor brushes not contacting the armature, as it was with my 05 base, you can get the fan to operate by kicking the lower dash under the glovebox on the passenger side. One of the brushes on my Vibes' blower was hanging-up. This fix worked on my blower: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=40044&hilit=+blower#p475034
Have you just tried to hit it from under the dash, or removed the cabin filter and tried to turn it by hand to get it started? My son's stopped working like that about 2 years ago, and hitting it or starting it manually worked for a few months. Plus that confirmed that the motor was the problem. I got a replacement blower for about $40 on ebay. Easy to swap, 2 screws to drop the computer and 3 bolts that hold the fan in place.
Good luck!
