Looking for LED interior bulbs for '09

Post by kumquat »

I'm picking the car up tomorrow but would like to get an Amazon order in and hopefully get the bulbs delivered Saturday.

I want to replace all the interior bulbs with LEDs. Looks like the dome lights and courtesy lights are 3175. Does anyone know if these 12-SMD bulbs will fit?

What about the map lights? I can't seem to figure out which bulb these use. I don't have a sunroof.

I'm curious why you want LED replacements. They are wonderful for energy savings but your alternator can supply all the power you need with incandescents. Quality LEDs are expensive and cheap LEDs don't perform.

I use LED replacements in my RVs but that is because I camp without power often and run from batteries only. Are you planning extensive use of the lights from the battery?
