Need Advice About Strange Odor

Hello,
I have a 2007 Vibe that was involved in a minor accident in Dec 2012. The front passenger quarter panel and front bumper was repaired, but a few days after receiving the vehicle it developed an interior gas/mothball/formaldehyde smell. I cant figure out what is causing it or where it is coming from. You can not smell anything outside the vehicle, only inside. It is so strong you can smell it on your clothes. I have been so frustrated the last eight months. I have tried several methods on removing the odor. Nothing works. Does anybody have any suggestions or heard of this before. The car is now driven by my daughter and I am concerned about her safety.
Any help would be appreciated.

The first thing I'd check out is the AC drain tube in upper left hand side of the Passenger Side. If it comes off it could cause a moldy smell but a chemical smell I'm not really sure. Check the Passenger side floor boards make sure they are dry.
