Hey all,
I was thinking about making a light bar for my vibe and was wondering if anyone had any ideas/suggestion. My initial idea is to either mount 4 lights to a modified aftermarket roof rack, or make some sort of mounts for the front of the hood. I don't really want to mount anything on the bumper, just because there arent a lot of string places to mount them. I've seen the license plate light bar thing on here too, but that doesn't exactly suit my tastes either. Anyways, if anyone has any Ideas, tips, or suggestions, please feel free to share! thanks!

What will your lightbar be used for?
Currently working on making a lightbar with leftover LED assemblies. Bought an all weather square acrylic tube just have to make end caps, wire, and mount to the existing roof rails (not crossbars). Looking to use stainless threaded rod at the ends to adjust in and out to get correct tension to hold the lightbar in place against the factory roof rails.

If you're going for a rally look, I'd think a roof rack mount would look better. Just my opinion.
