That happens to mine as well. It's gone on 2-3 times in the past few months, generally goes off by the next day. Others have had success unplugging and cleaning up the contacts on the rear wheel speed sensors, which seem to be the cause of the issue. See partway down this thread for details: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=37060#p478455" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

I have an 09 GT as well and mine did this to me a few months ago when I added the CAI. I couldn't figure out what the issue was, but since the CAI was the only thing I had changed recently, I took it off. During the removal process, I noticed that I didn't tighten down the connecting sleeve to the intake tight enough, so there was air leaking there. Put the old air box back in and ran the car for a day like that. No lights after the old air box was installed. Next day, I reinstalled everything and made sure it was tight. During my final check of everything, I noticed the side of my battery was slightly warped. Took it to Autozone, tested and confirmed the battery was bad (only putting out 11.5 Volts) and replaced it. Haven't had the issue since. Couldn't tell you for sure which was the culprit, but one of those items fixed the issue.

Not sure if this is the case for you, but thought you might want to check for things like that.
