As far as I know, WeatherTech is indeed the only company that makes in-channel window deflectors for 2009-2010 Vibes. We have the WeatherTech dark tinted front and rear deflectors on both our Vibes and absolutely love them.
The full set for the 2009+ Matrix is what you need to order (#82481). For some reason, they no longer list the full front and rear set or the rear pair for the 2009-2010 Vibes on their site, but the 2009-2010 Vibe is still listed on the invoice you receive with your order (when I ordered them, I just told them I had a Matrix so I wouldn't risk having to argue with them about the rear deflectors not fitting properly, etc.). Since we have them on both our Vibes, I can most definitely say they fit great. I do have some advice for anyone wanting to install the rear ones though:

It is grey double sided foam tape and it is slightly thicker then the original tape that was on them, but that actually seems like it will work better. They do seem to be attached much better with the 3M stuff, so I've got my fingers crossed...
They have been on my Vibe for almost a year now without issue. The rear ones are nice and snug and don't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. This is even with my three dogs riding in the Vibe and sticking their heads out the rear windows all the time.
