03 vibe nostart no dash lights

i stopped at a red light and it died.....the door open light was the only light on with key in, key out
the gauges do not light up but then light up and agian do not light up
the gauges also move when key is out of ignition

i have tested the starter relay
i have jumped the ingnition cylinder and the starter.........still nothing
the car in any of the shift positions does not work
tested battery...............good

i need help im running out of things to check and i NEED help

Sounds so haunted it's hard to think of what might cause all that all of a sudden.

I'd check all the primary power connections, especially the battery ground. Battery is good, are the terminals clean?

Either that or by any chance is your car a blue two tone that you bought used? There's a member here who used to have one that also seemed to be haunted with strange malfunctions
