does all the parts for the 09/10 factory monsoon audio system fit a 09/10 car without the monsoon audio system?

Depends on what you mean by parts... The passenger side cargo area liner is different in cars with the sub so you'd have to find one of those or another way to mount it.

well amp and stuff of that sort.... the standard radio seems to have lots of bass and it is one of the best radios i have heard yet

Minus the sub I would imagine it would fit. The amp goes under the passenger seat and there's nothing there in the way if you don't have it.
