Take advantage of me!! I had to run 4 carfax reports & doing the math just signed up for the 30-day "unlimited" one. They changed it so you can only run 5 by VIN and unlimited via tag number.

If you want a Carfax, let me know:

Your license plate #
State its registered/titled
email u want me to send it.

Carfax has been known to yank access on people before when they tried to do a large number of VIN queries for people on forums. I suppose something sets off a red flag over at Carfax HQ somewhere. Probably where the plate thing comes into play now. Be careful - just sayin'.

That license plate search feature would do you very little good here in Indiana where the plate stays with the owner.

Awesome. Surely by now they would have pulled the plug, so perhaps they have changed their policy.

I'd have you tell me where my old car ended up but according to Carfax license plate search, it would be transformed into a Sonic and be parked at my house.
