Hi Fula,
Welcome to the group! There seems to be quite a few Vibe GT owners on the site. So I am sure you will be able to find a lot of useful information here.
I am not familiar with a Vibes secondary air system. Is it similar to an exhaust gas return (EGR) system? The EGR valve on my 2000 Saturn is easy to disassemble and clean.
