2004 AWD Vibe No Cruise can it be added from a 2003 ????

I recently got 2004 AWD base modle Vibe with NO Cruise. In CL about 80 miles away there is a 2003 Vibe with factory Cruise that is being parted out and is going to the crusher this next weekend. I talked to the seller and the engine and tranny are gone, but he said the Cruise stuff should still be there ?
1) Can this be done easily given the 2003 would be the donor car ?
2) I do not have a detailed manual, I would like to know what all I would have to take off the 2003 to put on my 2004 to make this work ? Need a list of everything.
3) He said after I find out what all I need to take it off myself and he would charge me $20. Can this be done with out. IF they took the engine out would there be anything that may have went with it that I may need.

Bump, I'm also curious about this? Seems to me the wiring should be there already, no?
