Well hello there... Fancy seeing you folks here.
First off, my car; because why else would I be here?
I drive a 2004 Pontiac Vibe GT, jet black. Bare bones stock, aside from a totally awesome K&N cloth air filter that gives it like 30 horse power hurrrr. NO.
It's a great driver and is a blast when I get the chance to go on closed roads or track days. And that little 2ZZ in her? Purrs like a kitten. Got about 310,000km on it, so it's had a pretty good life so far. One owner car too.
Planning a few things for it, the usual cold air intake and headers. But then there's a few things that I just love to do. Rebuilding the head when I get a free week; new valve springs, valves, lapped valves and a port and polish. I'm also going to be using it as a test bed for a new intake plenum that I've designed, the stock one is horrid... Then there's the obvious suspension components and stage 3 racing clutch (I've never been comfortable with "soft" clutches).
Me. I drive a vibe. I'm an engineer. I used to race touring cars and karts. In karts I was ranked 7th in Canada at one point. Built my own racing engines for a number of years. Built up a 1985 BMW 325e with a '92 M3 engine myself when I was 17.
That's really all there is. Any questions?
