WTB: 2009 Pontiac Vibe GT parts

Post by wpgpolice »

Im new to the board... wondering if there is anyone selling a cargo mat/carpet. A security shade. Also I have seen people have the weathertech side window vents, but checking the website they only sell the 2 piece not the 4.

Welcome to GenVibe! I don't know of anyone on here that is currently selling a cargo mat or cargo shade for the 2009-2010 Vibe, but there are a couple brand new cargo mats and cargo shades currently for sale on eBay. If you're so inclined, you can also check out GMPartsCenter.net. Their prices are very reasonable for both the cargo mat (#19170827 = $79.80) and cargo shade (#19171208 = $75.60). They have free shipping, you only pay an $8.95 handling fee. Also, check them out on Facebook as they often offer discounts i.e. 5% off orders over $50.00 or 10% off orders over $100.00, etc.

Also, in case you're interested, Husky Liners makes a cargo liner for the 2009-2010 Vibe with subwoofer.

As far as the WeatherTech window deflectors, for some reason they no longer list the full set for the 2009-2010 Vibe, so you have to order the full set for a 2009+ Matrix (#82481). They are the exact same window deflectors, as a matter of fact, on the invoice from WeatherTech it says "2009+ Matrix/Vibe". We have the WeatherTech window deflectors on both our 2009 Vibe GTs and absolutely love them. My only recommendation would be to get some 3M Super Strong Moulding Tape to use on the rear deflectors because the tape that comes on them sucks and will not hold them in place for very long. The 3M tape can be found in the automotive section at Walmart (by Bondo and all the other body work stuff) for under $5.00 for a three foot roll which is just enough to do both rear deflectors.

If you want a carpet rear mat, I'm planning to order the mat for an 08 with the Monsoon 7 speaker stereo for my 2010 GT. It runs about $59. It is not a perfect fit, but I plan to tuck the front 1-2" down in between the floor and the seat backs. I've already test fit the mat from my son's 06 and it fit fine in my 10 with the exception of the flap where he does not have the sub, so the Monsoon mat without the extra flap should be a good fit.
