My old workplace is a Toyota dealership, most 07-09 Camry water pump are leaking and they replace water pump almost 3 times a day.
All mechanics take off top engine mount to take the belt out fast. Remember Camry has more room than we do , I guess that is the best way to do it.
Remember to place a block of 4x4 at the oil pan or else it could damage the pan.
You can look at this guy for reference on how to raise the engine. It is a from a older model vibe .

I know in modern car, the engine bay is getting smaller tighter. It is because most car have the "Cab -forward" design(Thanks Chrysler with your Intrepid ). The strut tower is right behind the fire wall.
Car companies love cab forward design is because of maximizing space as well as handle frontal impact with higher vehicles suv/truck/cross over. The safety structure design actually makes front cowl as part of a impact absorbing structure to prevent car from riding under during impact with tall vehicles.
I think if you have a Rav4 v6and wanted to replace back 3 spark plugs,it going to be pain on the as$..unless you remove the whole wiper assemblies to access it.
