Dropping In

Post by bassplayaz06 »

Hey y'all, just dropping in for the first time in about 8 months on the forum. Been busy at the local college and had the vibe taken back by my parents, for a speeding ticket back in April. This also resulted in the state taking my license for a year at the court date. :x So dad bought me a truck to tinker with and to drive once i get my license back in June 2013! The Vibe has been returned to stock with the exception of the head unit, sub, and amp. I did a major service when I had to remove the header to get to a broken exhaust stud. Still running strong at 172K miles.

The Truck's got a 2 1/2 leveling kit, add-a-leaf kit in the back, with brand new DC-2 (removed) Cepek 16x8's and 32" mud terrains. Bought it for $4700.

Currently the Vibe is still waiting to have a catalytic converter transplant sometime soon. The interior is still taken apart to install the new O2 sensors once the converter is installed.

The truck is running strong on the original engine, transmission, 4X4 system.

Eh.. just a measly 104 mph in a 65... The good thing about the truck is the speedo that goes to 85.
