2003 Vibe GT Silver

Post by dannyy72 »

Purchased this about a week ago with 110465km on it. It's in pretty good shape. Loving the 6 speed and the gas mileage. It's not modded right now, waiting for stuff to arrive from ebay, lol, but here are some pics anyways. Future mods include, but not limited to :D

1. Pioneer AVH-P3300BT 5.8" In-Dash Double-Din Car Video Deck with video bypass
2. Infiniti Kappa Front component speakers and rear speakers
3. 2 10" Clarion Dual 4 Ohm Voice Coil Subwoofer
4. LED map lights, dome lights and rear license plate lights
5. K&N Typhoon Cold Air Intake
6. MagnaFlow Cat Back Exhaust
7. DRL to Foglight mod
8. 6000K HID low beams
9. AVS door vent visors
10. MOMO shift knob
11. MOMO door sills

That's all I can think of right now. I will try to post pictures as each mod is completed.
Cheers

The easiest mods first, lol. AVS window visors. I know some of you prefer the 'in-channel' type, but to each his own. It really adds to the car.

Nice! I've got the AVS visors as well, and love them. They really improve the look of the car too!

welcome! nice GT!

I do see a slight problem with the list.

I thought the K&N Typhoon intake was a short ram and not cold air?

For the HID's, your bulbs are dual filament so the low beam and high beam are in 1 bulb. you may want to look into that just a little more. the bulbs are a bit more in price but, if you want a good price, I have a buddy who sells them and he can hook you up. :)

The Typhoon is a cold air intake system (at least thats what the K&N box said when i got mine ;) )

I love the fact that i'm seeing more and more GT's coming out from the woodworks. Love it!

Sorry I don't know what the part number is. I've had this shift knob since the 90's when I had my Honda Civic. Momo's are expensive but they are expensive for a reason. Mine hasn't aged at all since day 1, well worth the money.

You are correct. That's part of the reason why I moved the daytime running light to the fog lights. Right now I have the HID bulbs that comes with a HID bulb that comes on when I turn on low beam and a halogen bulb underneath that acts as the high beam

Yeah I know. I've been alternating between 89 and 91 octane. Gas is just sooooo expensive in Vancouver.
