Mystery Harness

Hello everyone,
First post here! Looking for some information on a wiring harness I found that goes to nothing. Background, It is a 2008 Vibe that was in a fender bender. The passenger headlight and washer bottle needed to be replaced so in doing so I noticed this harness. Again, this is on the passenger side behind the headlight & washer bottle and has 4 wires. The harness looks like it is missing some of it's outer plastic housing as well.

Any help would be great! I would like to take care of this now while it is all open.

Also, the air bag light has been on since we got the car (couple years ago...yes, I am just now replacing the bottle and light!). Is it related?

I can't quite see that exact location on my 03 without more disassembly than I feel like doing today, and 03 wiring diagrams I have don't show anything like with those wire colors that in that location.

Is that connector attached in that location, clamped to another wire or the frame, or is it only tucked in there and can be repositioned? If it can be moved, how far?

probably not, but if it could be easily moved enough, could it be for the running light/turn signal?

Hello and thanks for the response.
The wire is attached to the body with a clip and then it circles around to the position you see it in the picture. It seems like it has been like that for a long time, but again, it was wrecked a few years ago. For instance, I found the harness for the rear washer pump tucked back on top of the inner fender.
The harnesses for the headlight and turn signal are at the top of the last picture in the post.
Also, it is a 2008 Vibe.

Figured it out!
It wasn't attached like I had thought, it was wrapped near another wire attachment and it deceived me.
It is for the a/c condenser that is out of commission at the moment.
But the washer bottle and headlight are in...Thanks.
