AMP Compatibility
Are the stock amps interchangeable between 05 06 07 08? Is there a difference between the 05 stock amp build ending 11/04 and another series starting 12/04? I have been able to trouble shoot my problem to a dead amp and when I opened it up the board was completely corroded (long story). Thanks for any clarification. I appreciate all the help this forum provides - have used it many times.

Welcome to genvibe, and sorry it took so long for any of us to get around to replying.
I don't know about the amps. car-part.com is a good place to find replacement parts from junkyards, and they treat the amps differently, not interchangeably, but since they have some of each for 2005's, I'd guess it probably is interchangeable, but can't say for sure
I'd like to hear how the amp got so corroded, and what other things were affected by whatever did that to your amp, so if you get the time, post up that long story
