Ive seen one genviber that posted stuff about using the 08-10 scion xB unichip on the 09-10 vibe gt.... Has anyone else used this for their vibe??? I'm thinkin about gettin one but I'd like to find some feedback before I drop the $400 for one......

23 views and no one has an opinion??? How about the 03-08 vibe owners??? I saw some of them with the unichip....

The drivedrain in the XB should be fairly identical, mechanical anyways, to the Vibe GT. So it would be fairly safe to assume that many of the electronics involved with the installation of the unichip would be the same as well.

Have you tried calling/emailing Unichip? I see from there website that they have no listing for the Matrix, only the TC and XB.

There's a thread on this forum, I believe it's in a members garage, that confirms the xB chip is an exact fit for the vibe... He also tried several different tunes for the xB and tc. But from what the thread says, he gave his vibe to his little brother so he's probably not on here anymore.

The xB unichip will work with xB tunes. Tc tunes are more radical and will eat spark plugs. This is from what ive been told.
