I have a 2009 Pontiac gt....first I wanna know if anyone knows where I can get a cover grill for the car and second what intake would be best for that year because I was told they don't make cai for my year

Not sure exactly what you mean by a "cover grill".
K&N makes a great short ram intake (SRI) that fits. Several here have them and I want one.
