04 A/C compressor condenser repair cost?

My 04' base air conditioner is broken, blowing air but not cool. Most likely need to replace both the compressor and the condenser.
Here are some of the observations:
1) oil patch found on the lower right side of condenser (not dripping, most likely a slow leak from a hairline fracture)
2) service ports measure high side = 50psi (very low), low side = 30psi (normal)
3) compressor's magnetic clutch engaging and spinning

If you have done similar repair before, how much would be a reasonable budget?

Had similar problem a year and a half ago. $1900 at an interdependent shop.
