A friend of mine broke her drivers side sunshade and I am searching for a cheap replacement.
I have found them new for $88.30 plus shipping.
And used on E-bay for $36.00, but it is listed as for the 2004 model year.
Are they interchangeable?
Will the 04 fit the 03 with out having to do any workarounds.

an 04 sunvisor will fit an 03.
You might want to also call around to local junkyards in your area, or search on car-parts.com, sunvisors are one of the things they inventory, and I see some near me as cheap as $20
