I found a wrecked 2010 base Vibe at a local salvage yard, and was able to get a few parts from it a few months ago. I needed the top B pillar trim panels (the prior owner screwed speakers to them!), license plate bracket, the rear hatch plugs for the shocks, and the change drawer on the dash (latch was broken). I paid like $30 for that stuff. Today I went back and got the rear cup holder, 3 rubber plugs for the floor holes, the XM antenna mast, and both of the console cup dividers for $10! They made my day. Now all I need is the driver's seat bottom cover (burn hole) and the lower hatchback interior panel (top ends were broken by a sub box) and the car will have all the missing/broken interior parts replaced and look like new. Yay!

I used to love going to two semi-local junkyards when I had my Sunfires. I always got great deals on stuff and found some really hard to come by parts. The last time I went there though, neither yard had any Vibes whatsoever, not even any 1st gens.
