It's a total gimic and waste of money. I would advise to avoid things like it.

Someone tried one out a while back, I'm pretty sure it was blue crush. General idea seemed it didn't do anything.

If the alternator/battery can't push a large stereo system, it will never push a fan fast enough or powerful enough to make any kind of boost to make up for the amount of drag it will put on the engine via the alternator.

LOL! Yup! I tested it out many years ago. Did nothing but sound like a Shop Vac under the hood...haha! I have the real deal now, though.
