2009 Vibe GT Monsoon radio Aux issue

I have a 2009 Vibe GT with the Monsoon system (I have the stock sunroof and I think that required the monsoon system) and the Aux connector is damaged. I tried a stereo cable from it to my Samsung Charge phone and I'm only getting mono. I think it's the jack but I'm not sure. How can I fix this? If I can't fix it what is a decent HU that supports BT Audio and Hands free phone and will allow me to keep On star. Although the value of On Star is very little in my mind.

More info, If I plug a cable into the Aux port and pull up on it then I get stereo so it is defiantly the internal connector in the AUX plug anyone know how to replace a plug?
