For sure this guy put a lot of $$$ on his Vibe.Look good, but the sound system is a little too big for ma teaste.BTW, how he will be able to drive this uge sounds system with the poor 310 CCA battery and the 80 amp. alternator????
My guess is he had to put in an auxilary generator and/or batteyr...no way the car can run all of that equipment and still have decent power left over for the engine! Hell, the A/C alone robs my car of a lot of power!
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
Personally for me, if I really wanna see a movie that bad, I'd just go to the theatre. What's the point of big movie sound if the screen is so small.

I think the vibe should be raised about an inch, I like the wheels although there isnt enough tire showing for my taste, and you are right, one tv moniter in the dash is just fine but i dont think any of my friends will be so bored that they would need tv in the back, and i love the system, though in mine i was planning on only getting 2 12"ers and one 800watt amp. Overall though i think it looks fantastic -=Paul=-
looks pretty good, but i bet its about to fall apart from all the vibration from that system.I've got two 10"kicker xpl's run by a punch400 amp and it's enough to shake the plastic bad enough that it sounds like somethings going to fall off.
I feel ias if everyon is missing the point here. Look at the performance numbers he's claiming. HELLO! Most of us vibe owner's are usually quite up front with what are cars can do. That's what I was questioning! Not the superiority of his "system"! That stuff just isn't my thing! Maybe when I was sixteen, but not anymore...gimme performance, baby!
The horsepower seems right.....180 for a GT plus 12-13 for the CAI. Now....under normal circumstances, that 15.5 would seem right (maybe even a touch slow... ) for a GT with a CAI......however....wouldn't those 19' tires slow down his acceleration a bit? Jim

They sure would....not to mention the weight from the audio equipment. Unless he ran without all that stuff...My car was damn near empty when we ran a 15.3, and I had the AEM CAI and the Thermal R&D Exhaust... but of course, there is no timeslip so we'll never know for sure.

i would say the system is definitely a bit much. how can you hear the words with all that thump?? it says though, that it is meant for show, so i guess the subs do look cool w/the custom box and all. a lot of money in that vibe...
