Update - New album from StillLine at http://stillline.bandcamp.comMy 28 year old son, Brian, is very passionate about his music. He grew up obsessed with Pearl Jam and begged for a guitar as an early teen. His mother an I bought him a Fender Stratocaster when he was 14 and he basically taught himself to play. Since age 16, he has had his own band where he writes all the music and lyrics and is the lead singer. He put together his current band, StillLine, back in 2005 in Champaign, IL. At first, my opinion was that Brian's singing voice was the weak link in the StillLine equation, but, as the band matures I'm starting to really dig their tunes. So, if you are so inclined, listen to some of their music and feel free to let me know what you think. Here's a link to StillLine's new website. ---> http://stillline.com PlatinumVibe08Here's a pic of the band playing at the VooDoo Lounge at Harrah's Casino in St. Louis.

Not bad! I was pleasantly surprised.I would agree that the singing is not very strong, but this is not unusual with starting rock bands and I don't think it detracts. As it improves, it can only help band's overall sound.I've now listened to 3 whole tracks - and and am enjoying the 4th as I did them. I usually can't stand to listen 4 full tracks from most commercial release albums as so much is junk. I'm impressed and the best of luck to them!!

Reminds me a lot of Breaking Benjamin.I prefer my rock a little faster and as I would say it, more brutal lol. That said they are actually really good IMO.
