That was talked about somewhere else here, search if you feel like or not if you don't. I'm ok with that. The word was that the supercharger comes with a replacement ECU, and the ECU is different for manual and auto tranny cars, so the one on ebay probably has the auto tranny ECU.

Sound good.I was wondering if the SC was only available for auto tranny, to avoid excesive and premature wear of the clutch, as some GT owner have....

I've browsed that toyotaparts4u site before...it seems very shady...I wouldn't go by any of the info they post there...

It would fit the AWD model but it is not advisable. My cousin works at NUMI plant in Fremont, California; and he asked one of the guy in the engineering team about why not to put the supercharger on the AWD. His reponded, "The chances that the AWD differential will be broken is very likely." He also mentioned that TRD has not found the right combination for the gear to power ratio or something like it.
