Just so I don't make a mistake. No they will not... Welcome to the site too! Also, a total repaint job will be very costly and for one done right. If you insist, like the others said, stay with the original color. Your car has plenty of shine in it! Spend a day when it is warm and wash it with Dawn, touch up any nicks, rub out any scratches, clay bar the entire car and then wax it. Use and old tooth brush to remove old was around the moldings and any badges left on. You will be surprised when done! If you do not know how to do all of this, take it somewhere. It still will be a lot cheaper than a paint job! Also, any scratch you can feel with your fingernail is too deep and will need paint.Any un-touched up nick is not uncommon to rust. No big deal if it is not spreading, just find something that will scratch the rust out of the chip, prime it and touch it up. All primmer and touch up are available in bottles with brushes, do more than one coat of paint too to build it up.

I tried googling it around a bit and came across some, but it was just mentioning the appearance package, not that it actually had one.Weird how the Matrix is said to be the exact same car, yet the lights won't match up .. Do you know of any Vibe lights around? Euro or some other cool looking pair?I'm doing original color if we do it, i've had bad experiences with that touchup paint haha.. I was younger though, so I really didn't know what I was doing. How do I match the color of my car to something off the shelves at a store or off the net? "Use black paint then sprinkle pepper onto it!" .. I could see my dad saying that as a joke.

You can go to GM and get the exact paint code for your car. It's not that odd that the lights don't fit. The difference between the GM and the toyota is the body styling.

I like having it engineered by Toyota, whenever my dad tried showing me another car to buy, i'd mention that..The spotty chips on the hood.. there's a ton of them, i'd be out there for hours touching that up, i'll have to talk to my dad about it.Thanks for the input =]
