this is a really good idea, and i'd take at least 2 calendars. i've got some good pics but i lost the camera that has the originals, so i only have 800x600 on my comp. i'll see if i can either resize em and keep the quality, or get out this week n take some more pics with my other camera.i like these ones tho...

sounds good North, i dont think theirs much of a rush since by the time we get all the stuff and actually find a place to print it all, then send everything out i'll be like june..so you got like 8 months atleast to set it all up..it'd be better if everyone was in on this and not just 1 person organizing it, i wouldnt mind even like desk top size calenders, doesnt have to be the regular size calender, or maybe bothdesktop style or the standard wall style

We (speaking on behalf of all genvibe design gurus) could also design something custom and just get it bound at a local printer. There would be a bit more creative flexibility in that. Not sure what the cost would be though. Probably a bit more expensive for the output, but I would be down to do some free designing if need be.How many calendars would we be looking to create? That will affect the quality, mode of output, paper costs, etc.

That will affect the quality, mode of output, paper costs, etc. This is pretty much the idea I was going with when I started this project. I guess we could consider a reset... and I'd like to ask opinions again. I'd be willing to do the work and ship the calendars unless someone else can get it done cheaper. The opion I need is how does everyone want to handle picking the pictures? I was originally wanting to make it fair for everyone by submitting pictures and trying not to step on any toes by just picking some and sticking them there (ex: "hey I didn't want my pic in your calendar!" or "why isn't my pic in it?" Noone has oposed this but I just wanted to make sure I didn't run into such a problem) So... we could continue submitting pics while I work on the layout or we could figure out another way like Celtic_Curse suggested by just using the garage/gallery for pics. I think we'll aim for 20-25 calendars to start of with... and maybe we could do a 18 month one so we won't have any (mostly) useless months. I'll have to see how to handle that tho.I'm glad there's still intrest in this and again, I'm sorry for putting it off like this. But hopefully I'll be able to get some stuff done now that I can do it on my own time.
