Here is a shot after installing the new Bra and Wheels. Cloudy day so not too good a shot. The only other mod is an open, short, intake which throws the check engine light. We tow this car behing the motor home.Dan
The bra is an effort to keep the motor home from throwing debris onto the paint and chipping it. Had one on a Mustang GT and it had to come off frequently to clean the paint under it. I would not mind a 1 inch drop. Where does one look for those springs?Dan

They do have one of those large, what looks like a hoola skirt stretched out across the back to keep the stones down

Looking good! Way to go on the whole paint protection thing, smart move and the bra looks pretty sharp. Ya'know, I spend 3,000 miles a month or so on the interstate and I see many RV's towing something... Rarely ever do I see a modded vehicle being towed. That's just cool. Would dropping it create any difficulties with towing that rascal? I'm not normally one to say "drop it!" but that would really be a sight to see a dropped Vibe being towed.

I don't think an inch will be a problem. I can do some measuring. We have a 65 Mustang Fastback that we will tow sometimes. I have a friend that tows his 69 Corvette. But, most tow cars are ugly boxes of some sort, I must agree. Our motor home was painted with the Abyss paint to match the Vibe. They look pretty cool hooked together.

What do yall think about red brakes on this black Vibe? Now that I have put these wheels on the calipers have got to be painted. I have red on the rear window,, Pontiac Racing decal and the letters I ordered for the rear hatch are red.
Thanks. Just got the windows tinted. Will take a picture once we get some decent weather here in Southeast Mo., hooked behind the motorhome. We painted it with the same Abyss color so they would match. If you look close at the lower front of the Vibe you can see the rust in the motorhome towbar hookup bracket. I should have cleaned that out before taking the shot.
nice gt. i think one of the best mods you'll ever do was paint another vehicle just to match it
