Does anyone know if you can get the tabs that hold the splash guards on to the car at any of the auto parts chains or do you have to go to the dealer to get them? Many of mine are missing and I want to replace them.

Don't go to the dealer, they're almost $2 a clip. Go to autozone and get some of those generic clips that have the rows of fins on them. They work fine. A whole box for about $4.
