Headlight Adjustment Tool

Does anyone know what type of tool is used to adjust the headlights? "Torx, Philips, Hex, Flathead" Or is a special proprietary tool?

10 mm open, boxed or socket I believe.

What type of tool is used to adjust the headlights on 2004 Vibe? Hex, Torx, Philips Flat Head screw driver or a special proprietary tool?
