How is the ride with the Tein??I'm looking for dropping my Vibe and I don't know what to choose.Eibach, Tein or Hotchkis. The Hotchis drop is not enough for my teaste, so now it left 2 choice, Eibach Sport lines or Tein.

quote:The Hotchis drop is not enough for my teaste. You would be surpised at the drop you get with the Hotchkis springs. I actully got a 2" drop in the front and a little over a 1 1/2" drop in the rear. It's a nice drop. I really like them. Here is a side view. You can see the amount of drop really good.

Hotchis looks very nice!!!I was looking for a 2- 2.5" drop all around. That's why I'm looking more for Tein and Eibach.BTW, how is the ride with the Hotchis??? I'm looking for a good drop, a little harder suspension but not too much. I have to travel a lot with my kid on hte rear seat.

You don't want to drop the rear too much because you will be able to see it lower in the back. Also you want to be able to put a load in the back and not have your tires rubbing or something like that. The suspension feels a lot tighter now, but you really don't sacrifice ride comfort. My youngest son is in a car seat and it doesn't affect his ride comfort at all.

The Teins ride nice i was doing a little play with them cause i want them to settle but i was easily doing corners at 30+ mph with little to no tire squeal from loss of traction.Teins drop 2.5 in the front and 2.2 in the back.i bought mine from Ebay including shipping i paid $142. I'll stop by my dad's house after work and grab the digital camera. Snap a few pics and post. Should have some up about 6pm my time.

Yep that's the next thing. Probably gonna get it done at the Belle Tire on 12 and Telegraph. Right near work so i can drop it off in the morning and pick it up before going home.My friends that helped.. (Well did most of the work) they said that the Vibe set-up was very simple and easy. One of them runs the Focus website and the other was from his car club.

Your Vibe looks very nice.I want those springs!!!Let us know how it goes after the aligment. I want to know if the camber will be a problem with a 2,5" drop.
