I took a vacation day to get my car in for warr. work. 1, the AC is not cold enough. 2,buzz in dash(pod). 3, the body cladding damage. They told me that they adjusted the cable for the air. Can't tell yet.2, they told me that they took the dash apart. They blame the buzz on my mod to the air box(cold air to bumper) Buzz still there. It did it before I modified it.3, They told me that the cladding damage is because I lowered it. It happened before I dropped it. These guys are stupid!!!!!!!! When I argued each point all the service advisor could say is that is what his tech said. Dumb (removed)! I need to talk to GM and complain about this dealer.
GM will only back up their dealer 100%. It's you against them from now on. You will have to go to an ombudsman or something of that sort before anything is done. I don't understand why the dealers avoid doing warranty work so much. They really don't get it.
