I might consider a set for the new car...perhaps I can jump on your group buy? Or are group buy things limited to a specific item (in this case H4 or 9006)....

Yea,i see ithttp://matrixowners.com/forums...inicsdon't have to much people.Let start our new group buy.I just send a mail to cullen about a group buy,and some question about warranty, the shipping, street legal,...his sitehttp://www.streetunit.com/Merc...=LITEAnd what cullen respond:We can ship to Canada. How big of a GB? Run a Group Interest Thread tosee how many are interested. We offer an extra year warranty through ourshop. We have never had any issue with the legality of the lights. So,more we are, more interesting prize will be.So,let's see, until now we have1.Me2.northvibe3.ArcsVibe4.ragingfish5.satur9 (maybe)So guy's who's interested too?

This site shows a Wiring Harness Upgrade and claims it is made of "high heat resistant plastic." Will these bulbs damage the stock wiring harness?

Will these bulbs damage the stock wiring harness? If the bulbs consume anything higher than 55 watts low / 60 watts high (55 watts for the fogs) one will need to replace their wiring harness going to the bulb, otherwise they will have melting or possibly a fire. And using a bulb of higher than designed wattage could also melt the headlamp assembly. Be careful, folks...I'm trying to figure out what the "Projected Wattage" is on these bulbs they are talking about... Acutal Wattage: 12v 60/55wProjected Wattage: 135/130wHuh? I'm assuming that they are trying to claim that these bulbs physically consuming 60 watts for the high beam filament, 55 for the low are "actually" putting out the equivalent light of 135 watts high and 130 watts low? Doesn't make much sense to me, as if you could get higher energy out of something than you actually put into it, our energy crisis would be no more. That, I think, is complete marketing BS. Along with the whole HID crap, as we've been down that road before, you can't duplicate that with a bulb. They may be good bulbs for all I know, I just dislike the marketing these people resort to.At any rate, I do think those yeller bulbs would look cool in the fogs, if they are actually 55 watts and wouldn't catch my car on fire, I wouldn't mind having a set.

If they work out - provide good output without unnecessary glare to oncoming motorists, deliver a respectable lifespan, and not cause damage to the wiring, that is good.

the H4 bulbs are 55watt/60watthttp://www.luminicsdirect.com/...4.htm9006 fog lights are 55watthttp://www.luminicsdirect.com/...6.htmso they will work. i saw the pics of them on the matrix...man they look pretty nice. im with colonelpanic on the watts, they should be the correct wattage but it think they say 130watt etc. to say how bright they think they acutally are. lame but whatever, they look really bright and with 2yr warrenty im down for that price.

In this forumhttp://www.honda-tech.com/zero...03173http://w ... .com/where you see the Wiring Harnesstalk about it.It say if the wattage is the same as the bulb,do not worry and he charge only 4$ Canada shipping, but only have 1 year warranty. So,we will se what Cullen will charge us.I can stand anymore,i want them fast.
