Hi, I am fairly new to the forum. I found it by randomly searching for Vibe stuff on the internet. I bought my car at Joe's(Joseph Pontiac in Fenton) but they never mentioned anything about a Vibe rally. Is there any interest or has anyone ever investigated whether the dealer would be willing to promote this forum or the event to new Vibe buyers? Maybe they would be willing to place a small card with some info in the front seat of every new and used Vibe that goes out the door. Just a thought. I am thinking about attending the meet to see what it is all about since I am only about 10 minutes from the dealership.

Looks like this should be another great turnout! Just a tad over a month away - who else will be going? P.S. - we will start a lodging thread soon.

As I notice that the date is June 25th, I can't make it. I am in a wedding that day. I was hoping to come by with my new G6 that came in a week ago.

Any chance of getting the placards made like last year? They sounded cool!

the flint journal has a "wheels calendar", so i put in an ad for the meet. it should show up in next week's paper, so maybe we'll get some locals who didn't know about it. i mentioned genvibe.com in the ad too.

As much as I want to be there, I will now be unable to make out to the meet due to a dramatic increase in my work load. I have to ride the wave while it is still high because in the housing industry it can drop at any time. So, please take me off the list for this year.

Glad to see you coming to the meet! As for the dash removal and installation services, you can take a day off. Sir Knocksalot has been most excellent at being an unreliable, underpowered, gas guzzling turd of a car as of lately, so he is being punished to sitting down here the entire weekend. It is going in the shop on Thursday, I may just tell them to keep the thing and refuse to take it back until they resolve my long list of issues. Besides, I don't really have to money to drive it up there, seeing how 20 MPG on the highway is becoming the norm, and even if I could afford the gas, it wouldn't surprise me if the car left us stranded somewhere halfway there... So Kari's driving, her car should make it up there fine and a heckuva lot easier on the wallet too. lolBut if I still have it in Ohio and you make it out, sure! Have at it!

Unfortunately, we have to cancel our trip to Michigan due to a sick pet we cannot kennel. This is really bumming us out as we bought our car in Dec 04, and haven't seen any real enthusiasm here in western PA. Hopefully you will have another super meet next year. Please remove us from the attendence listHJBvibe (2)

Pet's are part of the family and family comes first. Thanks for the heads up and don't forget about the Ohio meet.
