The body kit rocks. The wheels rock. The color is awesome. It'd be better if it didn't have that shelf on the rear hatch though.

To be honest, the color is nice, but I don't really care for all that other stuff. Like trying to Matrixify a vibe, I like the cleaner look of the stock vibe better. But that's just me. How about a straight side shot of the car?

All looks good to me! I also notice the two bulb light assembly that would be nice to have. So how do you like Sin City Nick?

Not bad... not bad at all. Not sure if I would get a Vibe in that color, but it sure would stick out and attract attention (I guess that's what it is all about, right?). Can't wait to see more pics!

Nick,Nice Pics - maybe you could take a stroll through the TRD area and let us know if you see anything that might have some application for Vibes...Looks like a fun show, is this your first one, or can you compare it to prior shows?

drives me nuts, they have all the sh*t on the car for a show, but you can't get it. if they know it looks good and people will like it, why the hell not sell it? like that color, they never have show vibes w/stock colors, why not make that color available if it is so awesome?? "hey look, there's all kinds of cool sh*t we can put on the vibe to make it more spiffy, but you'll never get any of it" great car though.

They said they are hoping to work this out so it can be made readily available very soon.I believe I remember reading or hearing previously that Toyota developed some sort of engine mount modification to the Matrix 5-speed that allowed them to feel comfortable about releasing it for both transmissions.I'll see if I can get more solid info on this by Friday.

I love the concept of it!I just hope Pontiac makes available some of the kit parts (NO ROOFRACK and front air-dam) to those of us with Vibes from previous years. At least give the Autocross a manual-automatic (TripTronic) system that seemingly everyone BUT American manufactures are putting into their cars.

I keep hearing people asking for a rack removal kit and I think that would be a good thing to pursue. I for one, would put the money in the pocket of any company that made an attractive removal kit.

Autocross Vibe - Too much overhang & not aggressive enough. This would scrape the curbs around here in MI, yet it is still subtle enough to miss the front facia. Seems pointless. Not that I liked the GT-R, I think the "shogun" style front facias look the best. There is also a mismatch between the two front openings and they don't even complement each other - it looks like they couldn't remember what shape the upper grills were when they were doing the lower grill. They got close, but it still looks wrong somehow. I know this is pretty subjective, but I don't like this front end - the overall car is well done though. The rear spoilers are growing on me and the paint seems like it's miles deep - even in pictures.
