Fog Lamps

Post by ILuvScuba »

I recently installed Sylvania Star-Bright head lamps, no easy chore with the instructions in the owner’s manual. I now want to replace the stock fog lamps with Star-Bright as well but there is nothing in the manual concerning these lamps. I have examined the fog's and can't quite figure out how to get them out, does the whole thing come out as a unit or does the bulb twist out, I don’t know does anyone know how this is done.

I believe the way I did it...was reach under the bumper... Feel the wiring harness for the bulbs, and twist about a 1/4 or a half turn.. The bulbs should just pull out.Be careful though, they're 9006 bulbs, so they're just as prone to blowing up as the headlamps. It took me about five minutes to do mine.Btw, you can just pull out the bulb, you DON'T need to remove the whole foglamp thing..
