Saw a commercial today. Chrysler and it's associated brands (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge) are now offering free lube, oil and filter changes for 3-77 years with the purchase of a car.Do you think GM will step up to the plate sometime soon and take on such an aggressive campaign to compete with them and Ford, their two major competitors?
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
Toyota has already been doing this offer for years. Actually it is a service contract that is rolled into the payment of the vehicle. Regular maintenence oil change/tire rotation/winterizing/trans fluid flush. All the regular goodies. When you buy a vehicle the dealership may already have a deal for you.
Just here to lend a hand to people who have questions about their Vibe.
with the purchase of my vibe, I have free life time oil/lube/filter changes, so long as i do ALL of my regular maitnance with them.. i was pretty happy to hear this... i also had to go to a customer appreciation night in order to recieve my oil change card... kinda spuked me out... can anyone say saturn??
quote:Saab, IMO, can fall into the luxury car category...I'm thinking along the lines of Everday Joe brands -- Pontiac, Chevy, Buick...I disagree. With the deals they have had out lately, you can get a nice 95 for pretty average, every day Joe costs. They have some nice cars, but I just never really think LUXURY when I think Saab.
I didn't get free oil changes with my Vibe, but my dad bought a Buick at a different dealership recently and it came with a lifetime oil change card. The catch was that he must take the vehicle back to the dealership for maintenance and any servicing. I'm pretty sure those free oil changes get worked into the price for any other regular maintenance charges.
