zero camber edit adjusting toe

Post by satur9 »

the srt-4 is set at 0 camber supposedly for maxium straight line traction. 1.5 and zero is not that big a difference and cornering should not be affected that bad, im going to try it! but what do you guys think?(i also dont like the way tires look tilted in)
look my sniggies, i had a strizz-oke in my brizz-ain okay, you know what im saying. so i cant move all good. but thanks for mentioning that .thank you very much.athf4evr. click here! you know you want to!!!

wow blast from the past. i was doing a search didnt find anything about toe. i got megan recing coilovers on a few weeks back. and after all these years i got zero camber(pillowballs). anyway how do you adjust toe.theres a small steering wheel shake above 70 mph. and if i take it to aligment shop i want camber left at zero(or could that be the problem.3 sets of springs no aligment ever no problems 1 set of coilovers. problem. anyway could toe be off causing wobble. if only camber is adjustable . i could tweak it a bit my self see what happens. dont wanna pay for nothing ya know.

From your recent trip to the shop maybe

If you had a toe issue, you would be cupping the tires... inside or outside edge.. Toe is adjusted via the tie rod end.. spun in for - toe, spun out for +... Most cars have a slight toe in, helps with stability, and one of the reasons you need to rotate.. A little camber isn't bad, but a lot can.. we've most all seen it.. dumped ford rangers are good for wikkid camber angle.. Old Vdubs too.. lol... I wouldn't trust my ride to my alignment skills, much less my life... take it in..

i doubt the coilovers have been on long enough to notice tire wear. but i got an aligment done and its all good now.
