Mail Vibe

Post by Salsa Guy »

I saw this Mail Vibe today. It's a 03 AWD with 185K miles on it. The guy bought is 3 years ago (w/Hail and side Damage) and being a rural mail carrier he has put a lot of miles on it. He did admit it lacks power and put a few dings on the right side. That's my Trix next to it. Yea it looks a whole lot better sitting next to vibe.

Enjoy....LOL

Yea it was rough and the interior....hmmm let's call it dusty. I don't see many rural mail cars, jeeps, trucks that are not beat to heck. They have a rough life. Unpaved roads, lots of starts and stops.

Wow that poor Vibe really suffered some serious hail damage  My Vibe just got "teased " by hail last fall and I only have TWO minor dings as a result. one on the hood and one on the roof. Nothing compared to this Vibe.

May have been owned by a storm chaser. Major hail damage is a badge of honor. Or means you are a dumbazz!

Makes mine look nice. Mine has 200k miles on it some minor hail damage and was backed into on the passenger side getting both doors.

Nope just an lowered 05 SC 4wd XR Trix. From talking to him it sounds like he takes very good care of it (engine and drivetrain that is). Function>Form

You got to commend that fellow for rescuing a Vibe. Most likely the insurance company of the former owner totaled it and it was headed to the scrap yard but a person with a stroke of genius must have said" it is already dented so it would make a excellent mail carrier"

Oddly enough about dents and things, I was looking for a nice Jeep Wrangler a few years ago but all I could find were pristine ones with no dents on them. To me to have a Jeep Cherokee or Wrangler with no dents is a mark of shame. Dents and Jeeps go together
