Well, I pulled the trigger

Post by MrHatchWagon »

I was anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Today they finally came in. After much internal debate between keeping my old (Well, two years old) chromies and getting the Turbines, I got a good deal on tires so I upgraded to 17'' wheels, and here they are! RTX Turbine, 17-inch wrapped in Triangle TR968 (Ha ha, triangle tires. You'd think they'd stick to circular ones, no?). I was going to get 245/35/17, but ended up getting 225/45/17. Oh well. Without further ado, here they are: Yes, I need a drop. Mother Nature disagrees, as she's a very unpleasant wench come wintertime.

Thanks! I ordered them last week, and had to struggle to keep my mouth shut until I had them on so I could provide pictures

Rims look sweet. I def dig blacked out wheels. I'm considering something similar for a future upgrade. Well done!

I don't think I'll ever be able to lower mine just because the parking lots in Odessa and some of the roads have taught me humility.
