I just bought a base 2003 Pontiac Vibe manual and somehow during the test drive failed to realize how drastically uncomfortable the front seats are. It's as if the lumbar is nonexistent. Do you guys know where I can find seat covers for this car before I sell the thing? Yes...it's that bad. The car itself is fine, it's the seats that are traumatic for my back...quite frustrating. Thanks
My seats are comftorable, everyone who's been in my car says how much so. Maybe the last owner was a large person, so much so to destroy the seats. Believe me it really does happen
The seats in my son's 06 are pretty good to me too. I have scoliosis and desperately need lumbar support if I drive any distance over an hour or so. You might just have to buy one of those lumbar pillows, eventhough it does not look very good. Maybe try the seats in another Vibe or Matrix and see if they are any better? If so, maybe find a good set of used ones? Good luck!

I noticed that the drivers seat on my vibe is sagging on the inside corner. It may be deterioration of the foam. I know domestic cushions seem more comfortable when the car is new, but after a few years they can compact and not be as supportive. GM designed the vibe and matrix interior.....
Might go to carmax or another dealer and compare seats with another vibe or trix, and see if they bother you, if so sell it, if not have it replaced or reupholstered.
