I wanted to remove the panels so I could paint them but didn't see any topics explaining how to do it, so I figured I'd write up something. They are really simple to remove.1. Remove these two bolt covers with a flat-tip screwdriver2. Remove the two silver screws with a T25 Torx bit3. Remove the two gold screws and the two bolts holding the seat-back to the hinges (12mm I think)The seat will now sink down a little below the level of the hingesSlide the panel about 1/2" forward towards the front of the car and lift the rear of the panel up over the hinges. The panel will now come right off.Repeat for other side!I wanted to paint them since they were getting scuffed and scratched. I used Rustoleum textured paint to hopefully help keep stuff sliding around so much: Finished:I'll do the sides eventually once I figure out how to remove them.

Weird, I was thinking of painting my loading floor last night. I'm pretty sure the side plastic is just held in by the D-hook screws, and possibly a few clips.
I took the rings off and tried pulling/prying it off, but it was still on there pretty tight. I didn't want to just start putting a lot of force into it and risk breaking something. I'll look at more closely when I have some free time.
