Pop off (or at least the bottom part) the radio trim.Pop out thetrim around the shifter/HVAC area. It's all one piece. Best thing is to start down by the shifter and work your way up.Once you get it all loose, you will be able to see the bulb. If you are replacing it with a stock bulb, simply replace the bulb with no worries about polarity. If you replace it with an LED, make sure you check it first before putting everything back together otherwise you will be kicking yourself if the polarity is reversed! Now if you want to go at it blind, you can simply try and long arm it and reach behind the trim and undo the bulb and replace it with the new one. That being said, I think I had all the trim under my shifter removed anyways due to other stuff I was doing. Plus with those bulbs being so small, I would recommend not going at it blind. More time consuming, but you'll probably get it done on the first try with no probs!
