When I set the air to recirculate, it makes an awful clacking noise. If I turn it back off, it stops. Sometimes I can have it on recirculate for a while before it starts, but it usually eventually starts the sound again. I have only turned it on twice counting the time it started, so hopefully I haven't broken anything yet.It sounds like a fan is caught on something and can't move. The sounds seems to emanate from somewhere behind the central part of the dashboard where the stereo and air controls are located. What's causing it, and can I take care of the problem myself at all? I'd like to learn to take care of these things so I can feel more independent.PS: My recirculate air button often gets stuck as well. Sometimes I can only get it to release by switching to Defrost or Defog, no matter how much I try to wiggle it free. Does this also need fixing, or is it safe to leave it be?
