2009 Vibe w/2.4l--Rear Brake Caliper--which way do i turn the piston back? Auto Adjusting???

HI there, I am going to do a Rear Brake job on my '09 Vibe 2.4L, but I am not able to ascertain if my Rear Calipers are Auto Adjusting and whcih way should I turn the Pistons back? As wellm are there any other tricks I should be aware of??Thanks in Advance.....
