No sound after head unit install (moon and tunes + xm + factory subwoofer)

Installed a new head unit and now I have no sound. I have an amp turn on wire on pin A3 but still does not work, any ideas?I also have a red with white stripe on my harness adapter (but no label on the wire so I have no idea where it would go). There was also a black with white stripe labelled as amp ground (I hooked it up to head unit ground).Any ideas?

pin A6 has a red with white stripe but no writing on it for what it is

I have sound now, had to move the remote turn on from A3 to B3, but I have a loud hiss when the unit is on. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Do any pins on the harness need to be grounded for the amp?
